TransTech Group (TransTech), a leading portfolio company of Bridge Industries (Bridge), has completed the acquisition of Koch Heat Transfer’s international assets and intellectual property through its subsidiary, Metalforms LLC (Metalforms). The transaction includes Koch Heat Transfer’s European assets and global rights to its proprietary BROWN FINTUBE® Products and TWISTED TUBE® Heat Exchanger Technologies.

Metalforms Heat Transfer, a division of TransTech Group, earlier this year, proudly announced the appointment of new channel partners to support its TWISTED TUBE^® Heat Exchanger Technology and BROWN FINTUBE^® Hairpin Heat Exchanger product lines. These strategic partnerships were a start in reestablishing Metalforms Heat Transfer’s robust channel network across the Americas.
