Wisconsin Clean Cities is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization managed by Public Non-Profit Leadership, LLC. Established in 1994, it is one of the US Department of Energy's Clean Cities Coalitions. This organization supports the Nation's Energy and economic security by building partnerships to advance affordable domestic transportation fuels, energy efficient mobility systems and other fuel-saving technologies.
Public Non-Profit Leadership's President, Fred Schnook, is the former mayor of Ashland, Wisconsin and has worked on numerous projects for the city since 2002. He drafted a city wide 25 year vision which won Best Planning Document award for the state of Wisconsin. Established the city as an Eco-municipality (the second in the nation) to a consortium of 70 European municipalities, bringing the city international recognition.

Since 1966, Community Action Coalition for South Central Wiscosnin has provided advocacy and services to address the effects of poverty in Dane, Jefferson and Waukesha Counties. Auditing operations to cut waste, and procure more funding to better mobilize the organizaiton to achieve its vision.

Since 2019, H2O Health Hydration Oasis has led infusion therapy services in Milwaukee, Franklin, and Waukesha counties. Public Non-Profit Public Leadership retains the medical administrator who over sees the daily billing, coding, insurance verifications, documentation and communications of all H2O clinics, including the auditing of insurance claims, maintainance of AR cycles, patient grievance mediation, and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.
Since 2011, Body Works Pain Healing Clinic has provided award winning massage therapy and chiropractic services to the Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee and Jefferson counties. Public Non-Profit Leadership retains the former Clinic Director, whom over saw all daily operations from internet presence and scheduling, to hiring, training, and marketing campaigns, growing this small business to a multi-site medical complex.
In 1961 Humana began as an association of Nursing homes which expanded into the largest hospital operator in the US. Humana diversified into insurance in the 1990s. Within the decade, an annexe would form in Wisconsin. A staff member of Public Non-Profit Leadership would join this annexe, conducting risk assessment, ensuring compliance, and underwriting, aiding the company in the monomental task of forming HumanaOne - a wing operating under federal supervision to offer supplemental coverage to Medicare and contracting with the US Military to serve as the National insurance plan.
A Wisconsin multi generational family company that started in the 1960s, growing to 30 convienance stores which branched into the Illinois market. A staff member of Public Non-Profit worked with Open Pantry for a decade, fulfilling the functions of Inventory management for the south eastern chain of c-store locations, standardizing their inventory build-tos and vendor contracts, over seeing the readying of stores for state inspections, training staff, creating displays, aiding fund raising compaigns, and conducting market research.
