The bald eagle has long been seen as a symbol of pride, strength and freedom for the United States. As the nation celebrates its 250th anniversary, one nest of the birds is attracting attention in Wisconsin for a rare sight: quadruplets.

African native Marabou stork spotted in northeast Wisconsin

The Marabou stork was first spotted in Wisconsin on Tuesday in Fond du Lac and has since been seen in the Green Bay, Appleton and Sheboygan areas. It appears the stork has been traveling north, as it made an appearance near Byron, Illinois in late April.Β
