Wisconsin paleontologist Kenneth "Chris" Gass recently gave a new name to an ancient trilobite species. He says it's an exciting time for paleontology in the state.

Wisconsin groups seek to preserve Indigenous mounds, including recent rediscovery

Forest Home Cemetery in Milwaukee is developing a care plan after two mounds were recently identified on the property. Elsewhere in the state, volunteers with the the Effigy Mounds Initiative work to preserve mounds by cataloguing them and removing invasive vegetation.

The new mystery comedy play had its world premiere this month at the Overture Center for the Arts. Playwright Heidi Ambruster said she wanted to bring classic Agatha Christie tropes to a cozy supper-club setting.
